Luxury and modern style villa under construction in Calpe (Costa Blanca, Alicante). The villa is southeast facing with fantastic views and is just a short drive to the center of Calpe, its beautiful beaches, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

The house is modern style designed on two levels on a flat plot, the distribution is on two floors.

-The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen with an island open to the living-dining room, a laundry room, a pantry, a courtesy toilet, 1 bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and 1 TV/cinema room that could be converted into a 4th bedroom. On this floor there is also the garage (29,20 m2) that has direct access to the house through the laundry room. All rooms in the house have direct access to the pool terrace.
